Prinsloo 7s: Nakuru RFC forward named MVP

Nakuru RFC forward Philip Kwame has been named the Most Valuable Player at the Prinsloo 7s tournament that came to a conclusion on Sunday 22 July 2018 at the Nakuru Athletic Club. 
The experienced Kenya international was instrumental as the hosts reached the cup quarter finals, falling to Impala Saracens.
Meanwhile,KCB’s Shaban Ahmed scooped the top try scorer and top points scorer award, retaining the accilade he scooped in 2017.
Shaban helped himself to 10 tries during the two-day showpiece as the bankers reached cup semi finals.
Ian Mukanzi of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST)  was named MVP in the second division.
Action heads to Eldoret town on the weekend of 28-29 July for the second round of the circuit, Sepetuka 7s which will be in its second edition.
