Kenya Simbas embrace Gold Cup break

Kenya Simbas captain Davis Chenge has welcomed the Africa Gold Cup break, saying that it will aid the side in improving on their weak areas. 
The Gold Cup  three week-break to has been necessitated by the Sevens World Cup that is scheduled for 20-22 July in San Fransisco, USA.
“We have had tough three weeks with three back to back games.The three weeks will provide us with an opportunity to rest our bodies and at the same time work on the things that have been punishing us in the past few games.Its a nice thing,” Chenge said.
Action resumes on 4 August with Namibia travelling to Zimbabwe and Uganda hosting Tunisia.
Kenya swings back into action on 11 August with a home match against Tunisia at Nairobi’s RFUEA Ground starting 2:00pm.
