Kenya Simbas coach unfazed by lack of bonus points

Kenya Simbas assistant coach Murray Roulston is unpertubed by the side’s inability to register a winning bonus point in their first three Africa Gold Cup matches.
A winning  bonus point is awarded to a team for winning with three or more clear tries, something Simbas has been unable to achieve in their wins over Morocco (28-24),Zimbabwe (45-36) and Uganda (38-22).

“We are not worried about that. From my point of view we have been here for a short time. This is a fourth game and it takes a while to build a team. The most important thing is to get the win first,”Roulston said after the Elgon Cup return leg last Saturday.
“They (Uganda) played really well in the second half.We got a good start in the first half.Congratulations to Uganda. There is still a lot to be done but we are happy with the boys.”
Kenya, perched at second position on the Africa Gold Cup standings having amassed 12 points will face Tunisia on 11 August and a win could see them edge closer to securing historic World Cup qualification.
