Cornish Pirates coaches laud Nondies

Cornish Pirates coaches Alan Paver and Gavin Cattle who recently graced Kenya Cup side Nondies’ training session have hailed the level of enthusiasm and commitment at the Jamhuri outfit.
Nondies are currently preparing for the 2018/19 season that gets underway with the National 7s circuit in July before the Kenya Cup takes centre stage in September.
“The enthusiasm of Nondies members and commitment of the coaching staff is easily reflected in the players. For real, it was a tough session and that’s how it’s supposed to be so as to test the players’ mentality and tough them up,” Gavin is quoted on the club’s portal.
“I like the fact that the coaches and players are so committed, and the rich history the club has. I’m really impressed. The lads look very fit and strong and also committed.”
“The coaches are doing a great job and the sessions are structured well. Players bring in the right attitude during training and I am really impressed,” Alan said.
The duo has previously visited English teams Bristol, Exeter, Leicester as well as New Zealand outfits Waikato Chiefs and Hurricanes.
