KCB coach reveals reason for improvement at Kabeberi

KCB RFC sevens coach Dennis Mwanja says that the introduction of fresh legs at the concluded Kabeberi 7s tournament was key in enabling the bankers post better results than those witnessed at Driftwood 7s a fortnight ago.
KCB came to the Kabeberi 7s a much improved side from the one that only managed to reach the Challenge trophy final at Driftwood as they went all the way to the cup semis where they lost to Impala and Mwanja attributes this to the introduction of new faces.
“We changed personell and brought in some new players and they have steered us to the cup semis..Finishing fifth is an improvement and we are very happy with that,”a delighted Mwanja told Scrummage
KCB managed to stun Homeboyz and finish fifth at the Kabeberi 7s tournament and they will be out to do much better in Nakuru during the Prinsloo 7s slated for 23 September.
