Ambaka clocks 80 minutes in Manawatu's first win

Kenyan international Willy Ambaka played the entire match as he helped his side,the Manawatu Turbos to a 35-20 win against Tasman Makos.
In a match played at the CET Arena on Sunday August 27,Manawatu ran in 4 tries,3 conversions and 3 penalties against Tasman’s 2 tries,2 conversions and 2 penalties.
Tasman managed to score their points through tries from lock Alex Ainley and Levi Amua as Mitch Hunt added the rest with his boot, drilling in 2 penalties and two conversions.
Ambaka’s Manawatu scored courtesy of tries from Nick Crosswell,Kurt Baker,Hunter Prescott and Hamish Northcott as Oatsy Black drilled in 3 conversions and 3 penalties.
The win ensured that Manawatu Turbos registered their first win of the 2017 Mitre 10 Cup campaign having lost 41-29 to Wellington on matchday one.
Manawatu Turbos will next Saturday travel to Otago as Tasman plays host to Waikato a day later
