Another South African ref to oversee Kenya-Hong Kong second test

After Super rugby referee Egon Seconds oversaw the first test pitting hosts Kenya against Hong Kong,his fellow countryman Fatuwani Rasivhenge will take charge of the second test.
“Rasta” as he is fondly reffered to is a South African rugby union referee who is a member of the South African Rugby Union (SARU) Premier Panel.
He was appointed to referee the final of the rugby sevens tournament at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
The second test between the Kenya Simbas and the Hong Kong Dragons will be played at the RFUEA grounds on Saturday 26 August 2017.
The Simbas will be seeking to bounce back after being held by the visitors 19 all in the first test.
