Kakamega High school showed their intent of defending the FEASSSA rugby 15s title after beating another Kenyan side Upper Hill 14-8 on Sunday 20 August 2017.
In a match staged at the Comboni vocational institute in Gulu, Uganda,the Barbarians ran in two converted tries against Upper Hill’s one try and a penalty.
Kakamega now have 9 points after a heavy win on day one that saw them earn a bonus point while Upper Hill are yet to register a win as they fell 12-7 to Laiser Hill on day one.
In other matches that involved Ugandan Schools,Namilyango College overpowered compatriots Ntare school 19-3 as St.Mary’s Kisubi saw off Mbarara High 18-14.
The games are set to enter day 3 on Monday August 21,2017.
