Simbas captain reveals why the team fell in Windhoek

After going down 45-7 to Namibia on Saturday 29 July 2017,Kenya Simbas captain Wilson Kopondo has attributed the heavy loss to their inability to stick to the initial plan.
Speaking to KRU at the Hage Geingob stadium after the contest, the Kenya Harlequins player said that they failed to play according to how they had intended and this dealt them a major blow.
“A really tough outing..today we did not play according to our plan at all..we went off plan and it really showed,”said Kopondo.”We made some mistakes which they capitalised,”he lamented.
Kenya Simbas failed to claim the Africa Gold cup after the Namibia defeat and they will now shift focus to the upcoming test matches against Hong Kong at the RFUEA grounds in Nairobi.
