Paarwater irked by team's poor defensive shape,calls upon his players to improve

Kenya Simbas head coach Jerome Paarwater is not a happy man after seeing his charges struggle to force a 33 all draw against Uganda Cranes at the RFUEA grounds on Saturday in an Africa Gold Cup match.
Despite winning the Elgon Cup by virtue of a superior points aggregate,Paarwater believes that they could have done better in Saturday’s encounter.
“That result is testament that we need overall improvement.We have to improve on our defensive shape and scrums in the coming matches,” the South African said.
Kenya Simbas had to rely on a late penalty try to salvage a 33 all draw in Saturday’s match something that left more than to be desired.
The africa Gold Cup (formerly Africa Cup) is being played in a round robin format with the overall winner set to gain qualification for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Other countries taking part in the Gold Cup are Tunisia, Zimbabwe,Namibia and Senegal.Simbas next clash will be a home tie against Tunisia on July 8.
