Wannies commends high numbers of participants in Super Weekend

The Rugby Africa Regional Training Coordinator,Denver Wannies has termed the just concluded Super Weekend in Nairobi very successful. 
Commenting on the training session conducted on Saturday 17 Wannies said that the sessions attracted the highest number of participants in a span four years and called for more support for such programs.
“It was a very successful weekend. We had the biggest number of participants and educators in over four years.This positivity should be taken to other parts of the country as we continue to give support to the participants and programs”said Wannies.
Some of the weekend activities by Wannies was overseeing assessment of World Rugby certified educators Johnbosco Muamba and Fred Ollows.
It was also revealed that Lamech Bogonko(Medical) and Richard Ochieng (Strenth and conditioning) would be accredited as World Rugby certified educators on completion of their assessment.
Other courses conducted over the Super Weekend included First Aid in Rugby (FAIR),Strength and Conditioning,Level Sevens Coaching and 15’s officiating courses.
