Kabras edges Impala to reach second consecutive final

2016 Enterprise Cup finalist Kabras registered a 16-15 win over Impala Saracens in a match played at Kakamega Showground to reach the final for second time in a row.
The match was dominated with sinbins and Impala start off strongly scoring through Ndome but Okowa failed to convert the try.
14 men
The Gazelles were reduced to 14 men with Hosea Ngesa being set off and Ivan Chirabo reduced the gap to two points with his penalty.
Kabras were then reduced to 14 with Max Adaka being sinbinned and the visitor Impala were given a penalty try pushing the scores to 12-3.
Chirabo
Chirabo once again cut the gap by to six points after adding another penalty kick after Quinto Adongo sinbin and the scoreline changed to 12-6 as the team headed to break.
In the second half another sinbin was witnessed and this time round it was former Kenya 7s star Felix Ayange who was set off for a dangerous tackle.

Too close
Okowa scored the penalty sending the scores to 15-6 but Kabras responded with a try from Ivan Chirabo down before Jone Kubu cut the gap to two points .

Impala would have won the match but failed to get right their late penalties while Ugandan Star Philip Wokorach sent his penalty in dying minutes and handed the Sugarmen the sixth straight win over the Gazelles
