Impala lock: What Kenya 15s should do to play 2019 World Cup

Intense focus on the national team and positivity is all that Kenya 15s squad needs to seal their dream of qualifying for the World Cup, this is according to, Kenya 15s lock Simon Miniafu
In an interview with the club portal, Impala Saracens lock, said that Kenya 15s team is well prepared to take on the world competition owing to it’s good players molded by the competitive local league.
Stay positive
“We need to stay positive and trust the team, any negativity will only take us back.Kenya has very good and seasoned players chiseled by an extremely competitive local league. All we need is to focus on our national team. We’ll unlock the keys to world dominance if we keep improving everyday”, said Miniafu.

The Impala player who is in South Africa with the 15s national team says he owes his frequent selection to the national squad to keeping a healthy relationship with his team mates and doing what is expected of him.
“I think it every players dream to play at the highest level possible and give their all.I always strive to keep a good relationship with my team mates both club and country. When you want to play at the biggest level, you know what needs to happen in the back end and you do it,”he added.
Miniafu was part of Impala Saracens squad that bowed out of the Kenya Cup competition at the Playoff stage.
