Kenya Cup round one: Two matches to be aired live

Kenya Cup organizers have confirmed that the round one doubleheader set for Nakuru Athletic Club on Saturday will be aired live.

Mediamax’s K24 who are Kenya Rugby Union’s official broadcasters are expected to beam the matches on their platforms starting with the early kick match pitting Menengai Oilers and Kenya Harlequins which will commence at 2:PM.

They will also broadcast the 4: PM kick-off which will see Nakuru play Blak Blad at the same venue.

The other two matches will not be live with seven-time Kenya Cup champions KCB set to play Strathmore Leos who are back to the top tier after a season of absence. The match slated for KCB Sports Club Ruaraka will start at 3 PM.

In Kakamega, 2019/20 season table-toppers Kabras will host their neighbours MMUST who were promoted to the top tier after beating Mean Machine 21-12 in the qualifiers.

The Kakamega Derby will be staged at Kabras home ground-Kakamega ASK Showground at 3 PM.
