Former Wallabies star Israel Folau is reportedly set to return to the Rugby Union in 2021.
The back crossed over to the Rugby League and played for Catalans Dragons in the European Super League in 2020. It was after he was sacked by Rugby Australia in 2019.
His sacking was after his homophobic social-media posts. French news publication Midi Olympique, reports at least three Top 14 clubs – Bayonne, Montpellier and Toulon – are interested in signing Folau ahead of the 2021-22 European season.
