Wallabies change two for All Blacks encounter

Wallabies coach Dave Rennie has made two changes to his starting squad ahead of the Bledisloe Cup match against the All Blacks at Eden Park on Sunday.

Pete Samu and Folau Fainga’a who started last weekend have dropped out of the squad. Samu’s absence will see  Ned Hanigan play the first Test in almost two years with his last appearance having been in 2018 November against England.

Hanigan starts at the blind flank while skipper Michael Hooper maintains his position on the right side. Harry Wilson shifts to number 8. Matt Philip and Lukhan Salakaia-Loto partner in the second row.

Brandon Paenga-Amosa who has replaced Fainga’a joined the front-row which has Taniela Tupou, and James Slipper. The backline has no changes effected.

The first encounter between this side ended in a 16-16 draw.
