UoE Trojans are set to host a 10 Aside Tournament on 7 and 8 March 2020 at the University of Eldoret’s Pavillion.
Teams that are expected to take part in the two-day event include immediate former Kenya Cup side Western Bulls, KRU Championship side UoE Trojans, Eldoret Falcons and Eldoret Polytechnic.
Kaimosi College, Baraton University and hosts Eldoret RFC will also be expected to turn up. The hosts are expecting more participants to confirm their attendance before Friday.
Club’s that wish to sign up for the tournament which will be the first edition can contact the organizers via email Eldoretuniversityrugby.com. The teams will have to part ways with Shs 3500 as registration fee for participation.
The tournament comes days after most of the teams finished their regular season and will be not taking part in the Enterprise Cup nor the Mwamba Cup.
The Hosts UoE Trojans ended the KRU Championship season at position nine with 26 points.
