Kenya 7s bounced back to winning ways by beating Wales 29-5 in the Los Angeles 7s 13th place playoffs played at Dignity Park on Sunday.

Kenya 7s found themselves behind after Lloyd Lewis beat Vincent Onyala and Willy Ambaka to score the opening try at the second minute. Oscar Dennis would launch an attack at the other end and he put through Andrew Amonde who later released the ball to supporting Ambaka for the equalizer.
Sammy Oliech added the extras for a slim 7-0 lead. A turn over would see the Impala fly-half pick an open ball and raced on to score Kenya’s second try.
After the restart, Kenya added the third try with Oscar Dennis outwitting his markers to touch down. Oscar Ouma joined the scoresheet after being set up by Oliech a minute later.
At the 12th minute, Jeff Olouch fend off his markers on the left-wing and dotted the fifth try to put Kenya 29-5 up.
Kenya will now play the winner of Korea vs Scotland match in the 13th place playoffs at 1:07 AM.
