Mwamba-Impala team news ahead of weekend face-off

Mwamba and Impala have released their squad ahead of the Kenya Cup face-off at the Railways Clubs on Saturday.

Eugene Sudi, Salaton Muturi, Jonah Mbari,  Andrew Chogo and George Omolla are the Mwamba’s tight five.  Tony Owuor,  Stephen Sikuta and Edwin Machanje are the loose forwards.

Eugene Nzioka and Brian Mwangi are the scrum-half and fly-half respectively while skipper Patrick Ruhiu and Michael Agevi are the midfielders.

Alex Aturo, Mike Okello and Ronnie Omondi start the clash as the back three. For Impala, Bill Omondi, Alvin Marube and Quinto Ongo start as the back three.

Ishmael Mokaya and Israel Soi are the midfielders while Xavier Kipn’getich and Anthony Odhiambo will play as halfbacks.

Elkeans Musonye, Cosmas Valentino and Dancun Ekasi will be the backrowers. Soita Wekesa, Givens Onyango,  Brian Ochieng, Michael Gitau and Eric Kerre complete the first 15 list.

Mwamba are keen to win this to keep the Kenya Cup playoffs dream alive while Impala are seeking to bounce back to winning ways after losing the last two.
