Mukumu bag Black Rock 7s trophy

Mukumu  Boys scooped the Western Black Rock 7s Tournament after beating Esalwa 31-0 in the final played on Sunday at Mukumu Boys Grounds.

The side which is coached by Western Bulls halfback Allan Kasiti scored five tries and got three conversions right.  Ken Mulupi landed the opening try while Kelly Stanley scored twice in the clash.  Jeremy Odhiambo and Anthony Omondi also got on the scoresheet with a try each.

Bradley Musalia was the kicker who strung in three conversions for the side.  In the semis, Mukumu eliminated  Makhokho thanks to a 21-0 win. Stanley scored one try while Sparsely Magina landed a brace. Musalia converted all the tries in the win.

Esalwa, on the other hand, knocked out Banja following a 15-5 win the semis to reach the finals.
