Eight sides Kenya Cup sides have proceeded to the second round of the Enterprise Cup slated for 7 March 2020.
Four clubs proceeded to the next round without kicking a ball, they include Nakuru, Mwamba, Blak Blad and Nondies. Holders Kabras who had a comfortable 48-19 win over Menengai Oilers have booked a quarterfinal date against Mwamba who were not in action this weekend after Kisumu failed to turn up.
The second Quarterfinal will see 2018 winners Homeboyz tackle their Jamhuri based rivals Nondies. Nondies got a walkover after MMUST also failed to turn up. Homeboyz, on the other hand, had to send Kenya Harlequins packing to reach the last eight after a 39-13 win.
Impala Saracens will be up against Nakuru in the third quarterfinal clash after beating Mean Machine 41-22. Nakuru were the first side to qualify after Mombasa withdrew from the tournament on Wednesday.
KCB will face off with their Thika Road Rivals Blad Blad after they saw off Championship side Strathmore Leos. Blad had an easy progression earning a walkover against Western Bulls.
