Blak Blad’s ace makes it to Kabeberi 7s Team of the tournament


Blak Blad halfback Brian Wahinya has made it to the Kabeberi 7s Dream team after impressing with side in the two-day tournament held in Machakos.

The halfback helped the students reach the last eight for the first time this season. He is joined by Homeboyz fly half who emerged as Kabeberi 7s top points score.

His teammates Alvin Otieno, Leonard Mugaisi and Brian Wandera have also been included in the list of the best seven players. Nakuru’s Philip Kwame and Quins back Frank Wanyama have all made cut.

Homeboyz beat Nakuru 19-7 to win the Kabeberi 7s. It’s their third main cup title after wins in Nakuru and Eldoret
