Kenya Lionesses captain attains Level 2 S&C certification


Kenya Lionesses captain Philadelphia Olando has received World Rugby level 2 certification in Strength and conditioning.

According to the Kenya Rugby Union,Olando attended the Training and Education Super Week held in Nairobi between 7th and 11th August 2018 under the auspices of the National Olympic Committe of Kenya as well as the KRU.

The five day training conducted by master trainer Denver Wannies saw Olando ink her name in the books of history by becoming the first Kenyan woman to attain the level 2 certification in strength and conditioning.

Olando,28, has represented Kenya Lionesses at the 2014 Olympics held in Rio De Janeiro Brazil as well as the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
