Three points for Kenya 7s in Paris

Kenya collected three points at the Paris 7s after a hard earned 21-20 win over Scotland in the 13th place final staged at the Stade Jean Bouin this Sunday 10 June.
Kenya ends the 2017/18 world sevens series on 104 points, five more than the 99 garnered during the 2012/13 season.
Jamie Farndale handed Scotland a 5-0 advantage after going over in the first minute.
Shujaa were soon 10-0 down, miscommunication allowing Joe Nayacavou to cross the whitewash at the left corner.
Willy Ambaka would power his way to the tryline for a try that was coolly converted by Eden Agero.
Collins Injera’s third try in Paris ensured Kenya took a 14-10 lead at the break before Scotland restored their advantage with a five pointer after resumption.
Herman Humwa’s kick and chase set a platform for Kenya to take the lead as the Kenya Harlequins man went over for a converted try before Farndalle sealed his brace with an unconverted try but Kenya held on to see off the match.
