Blak Blad youngster relives Kenya 7s debut memories

Having made his Kenya 7s debut in March during the invitational Victoria Falls 7s tournament in Zimbabwe, Blak Blad half back Brian Wahinya is hoping that it can only get better.
Wahinya together with his Blak Blad team-mate Levy Amunga were both on the scoresheet as Shujaa dethroned hosts Zimbabwe with a hard earned 10-7 win in the final.
“The experience was awesome because my first cap came with a title with the national team and I played part in our victory as a team,”Wahinya told Scrummage.
“Being my first tour with the boys, I learnt alot; how to play in matches of great intensity, role play and relaxing the game tempo.I have to keep training hard to stay there. It was an experience I will never forget,” added Wahinya.
