After making the switch from Ugandan side Heathens to Kakamega based Kabras Sugar in November 2017,Ugandan loosehead prop Asuman Mugerwa has revealed that he is eyeing to win the Kenya Cup with the millers in his debut season.
In an interview with Scrummage, the burly forward who has been a regular starter in the Kabras front row since crossing over from Uganda further stated that he is excited having easily adapted to Kenyan conditions.
“So far Iam enjoying my stay in Kenya since I did not take much time to adapt. One of the major reasons that motivated me to join Kabras is the urge to play proffessional rugby,”Mugerwa who was named Uganda’s best upcoming player six years ago said.
“My target in my debut season in the Kenya Cup is definitely to help Kabras Sugar scoop the Kenya Cup gong,”he concluded.
