Ugandan linchpin Philip Wokorach has been handed his first Kenya Cup start as he is named in the Kabras Sugar starting team that will host Kisii in a Kenya Cup round nine tie at the Mamboleo Showground in Kisumu on Saturday.
The utility back who featured in the Eric Shirley Shield last weekend had been sidelined for close to two months with an injury and he starts at full-back in the 4:00pm kick off clash.
Also handed a full debut is former Nakuru RFC forward Charlton Mokua who starts a openside flank while George Nyambua skippers the side from blindsided flank.
Isaiah Mulongo comes in for the injured Kevin Keegan at flyhalf while Hillary Odhiambo moves from lock to replace Max Adaka at eight.
Stephen Ochieng, Geoffrey Shitambasi and Joseph Odero start at front-row while Ugandan international Asuman Mugerwa is benched.
Bramwel Mayaka,Ivan Kirabo,Andrew Gathua, Eliphaz Emong, Geoffrey Messo, John Bahati and Ephraim Oduor all start from the bench.
