Kenya Simbas have kicked off their preseason training ahead of the 2018 international season.
According to KRU official portal, 18 players have been called up in camp and they are under the guidance of assistant coach Charles Ngovi, forwards coach Dominique Habimana, strength and conditioning coach Richard Ochieng, physio Chris Makachia and Team Manager Simiyu Wangila.
The side is getting ready for the Africa Gold Cup competition will also serve as the qualifiers for the 2019 World Cup that will be hosted in Japan.
Those in training include skipper Wilson K’Opondo, his assistant Darwin Mukidza, Steve Otieno of Homeboyz, George Nyambua and Nato Simiyu and many others.
The technical bench will call up more players to the camp as training intensifies.
