KRU Championship side Western Bulls resumed its activities on Saturday,30 December ahead of 2018 action.
The side will however take a two-day break for the new year before embarking on their preparations on Tuesady,2 January,2018.
The former Kenya Cup side currently occupies third spot on the 12-team Championship log having garnered 13 points with a game in hand.
Bulls received a major injury boost as halfback Allan Kasiti recovered from a neck injury,helping them to a hard fought win over Egerton Wasps in their final assignment of 2017.
When the league resumes on 13 January,the Howard Okwemba coached side will face a daunting task when they travel to Nakuru for a date with log leaders Menengai Oilers.
