Kenya national under 20 side,Chipu has been drawn against Zimbabwe in the semi finals of the African competition set for 28 March 2018.

The competition is split in two zones with Kenya U-20 participating in the Southern Zone alongside the likes of Zimbabwe,Namibia and Madagascar.

The Northern Zone is made up of Tunisia,Senegal Coted’ivoire and Morrocco.

The winner of the Chipu-Zimbabwe tie will come up against the winner between Namibia and Madagascar in the final after which the Southern Zone Champion will play the Norhern Zone Champion for an opportunity to represent the continent at the 2018 World Rugby under 20 tournament.

Meanwhile,a 35-man Chipu squad set to head to residential camping in Gilgil from 15th to 17th December has been named with the likes of Harold Anduvate of Menengai Oilers and William Diffu of Homeboyz making the cut.
