Impala Saracens backs coach Oscar Osir praised the team’s second half display after an emphatic 30-12 win over Mwamba last Saturday.
The wasteful Impala side could only manage 5 points at halftime but came out a much polished side in the second half to pile more miseries on Kulabu.
“That was an atrocious first half. Ridiculous. Mwamba played well in bits and pieces. Every time we made a mistake, Mwamba got into the game,”Osir told the club’s portal.
“I must laud the recovery in the second half though. Homeboyz is a different type of ball game, but this is a journey for us. We’ll work on our skill. From a structure persepective, so far so good,”he added.
The win over Mwamba saw Impala maintain top spot on the log with Homeboyz RFC the side’s next opponent this Saturday starting 1600hrs at the Jamhuri Park.
