Since crossing over to Homeboyz from Impala Saracens,halfback Mohammed Omollo has been instrumental for the Deejays in the few matches he has featured for the Paul Murunga-coached side.

Omollo put up a flawless display at the Impala Floodlit tournament scoring crucial points with his boot and he replicated the same form in the Kenya Cup opener against Sportpesa Quins,contributing 21 points as the Deejays claimed a hard fought win over their rivals in a fiercely contested match.

“I have been in training with the Homeboyz side for quite some time now and that has made me adapt quickly to their structures and it has assisted me to put up an exemplary perfomance,”Omollo told Scrummage.

Just like his coach had stated in an earlier interview,Omollo is keen on helping his side win all their matches before the season heads to the Christmas break after 16 December.

“As a team we target to win all the remaining three matches before heading to the break after which we shall strategise on next year’s matches when the time comes,”he noted.

Homeboyz’s next fixture sees them play Nondies at the Jamhuri Park on Saturday,2 December starting 1600hrs.
