Matchday two of the 2017/18 Kenya Cup will see Kenyatta University side Blak Blad travel to face Mombasa RFC on Sunday,3 November seeking to continue with their fine start to the new campaign.

The students stunned Nondies 8-0;their first win over the Jamhuri based side in almost to years and coach Michael Tank Otieno in an interview with Scrummage said that they seek to collect maximum points from the Mombasa clash.

“We are hopeful of claiming a win against Mombasa.We however must work on our scrummaging which was not good when we faced Nondies.We are hoping that the institution will also allow us to play at our ground,”said Tank.

The Mombasa-Blak Blad match,initially scheduled for Saturday,2 November was pushed to Sunday.The match starts at 1600hrs after the reserve sides square it out in the Eric Shirley Shield at 1400hrs.
