A spirited second half display saw Homeboyz’s second string side come from 13-3 down at halftime to see off Sportpesa Quins II with a 14-13 scoreline in the Eric Shirley Shield on Tuesday,28 November at the RFUEA grounds.

Both sides exchanged penalties early in the first half as Amon Mayenze opened the scoring for the juniour Quins before Juma levelled matters for Homeboyz.

Quins would then restore their advantage after Alex Wanjala received a fantastic offload before going over for a five pointer  but Mayenze saw his conversion kick sail inches off target.
