Blak Blad head coach Michael Tank Otieno says that they could have beaten Nondies RFC with a bigger margin in Saturday’s Kenya Cup clash at the UoN grounds.

An unconverted try by Archadius Kwesa and a penalty from Kenya Simbas trialist Levy Amunga sealed an important 8-0 win for Tank’s charges in Saturday’s clash but the tactician rued a try missed by his team after they knocked on with the try line beckoning.

“The match went according to plan. This is a match that we intended to win and we did well apart from just the moment one of my players crossed the tryline and tried to pass leading to a knock on,”Tank told Scrummage.

“If we had managed to score on that occassion,we could probably have been in a better position to pick a bonus point,”the tactician noted.
