Impala Saracens coach Frank Ndong’ remains coy on his target ahead of the 2017/18 Kenya Cup season.

The Sarries failed to retain the Impala Floodlit crown after going down to KCB last weekend and Ndong’ says that they will be taking each game at a time.

“We are not yet setting sights on the season but we shall be taking each game at a time and right now we are focused on the match against Mombasa,”Ndong’ told Scrummage.

“I had targetted to retain the Floodies but now that it was not possible,we want to add atleast two trophies in our cabinet,”he noted.

Last season,Ndong’s charges finished at 4th position on the log after amassing 58 points but they would be ousted from the competition by Kabras RFC in the quarters.

The Ngong-Road based side will start their Kenya Cup season with a home tie against newly promoted Mombasa RFC at the Impala Club.
