Impala Saracens head coach Frank Ndong’ has hailed Italian flyhalf Renato Borzone.

Borzone’s  stellar display saw him land the Man of The Match award as the Sarries lost 18-17 to KCB in the Floodlit final last Saturday and according to Ndong’ the player deserved the award.

“Renato really controlled the game well at the flyhalf position and that gave us good ground.KCB were very clinical and they converted the few opportunities which they got.In a game of such a magnitude, you have to take your chances because they don’t just come easily.,”Ndong’ told Scrummage.

Renato will be hoping to make his Kenya Cup debut on Saturday 25 November when his side hosts newbies Mombasa RFC at the Impala Club.
