Russia has retained the Hong Kong Cup of Nations after claiming a 42-11 win over Chile this Saturday 18 November.
Russia started their campaign with a narrow 16-13 win over hosts Hong Kong before outwitting the Kenya Simbas with a 31-10 scoreline in their second clash at the tournament.
Against Chile,the European side ran in 6 tries and 6 conversions as Chile could only manage a single try and two penalties.
Russia scored courtesy of a brace by Andrey Temnov,German Davydov,Vladislav Sosonov and Fedetko as Chile claimed their points through Domingo Saavedra and Tomas Ianiszewsky.
The final clash at the tournament will see Kenya tackle hosts Hong Kong starting 1200hrs today.
