Clinton Oduor was named Man of The Match after captaining Menengai Oilers to the Varsity final at the Impala Floodlit tournament.

Oduor’s stellar display in Oilers’ 29-3 thumping of the students saw him awarded as the BLAZE Man of The Match and he says that he had worked hard for the gong.

“I feel so proud bagging this award because i was the captain of the day and had to lead from the front.I had worked hard to achieve this and iam looking forward to a great final,”said Oduor.

“We have proven to be a good side in the concluded sevens circuit and our target right now is to maintain our unbeaten streak in the longer version of the game,”Oduor noted.

Oduor will be hoping to skipper the Nakuru-based side yet again this weekend when they take to the field to defend their title against Catholic Monks.
