Strathmore Leos player Alex Olaba has been handed a start at left wing in Kenya Simbas squad set to clash with Russia in their second Nations Cup match on Tuesday,14 November.

Olaba was totally unused in Simbas first clash and he is among the eight changes that coach Jerome Paarwater has effected to the squad that lost to Chile last Friday.

Oscar Simiyu, Dennis Karani,Lyle Asiligwa, Biko Adema, Peter Kilonzo,Vincent Mose and Martin Owilah have all been named to start taking the places of Curtis Lilako,George Nyambua,Moses Amusala Sam Onsomu,Nato Simiyu,Jacob Ojee and Tony Onyango.

Vincent Mose starts at fullback with Darwin Mukidza and Olaba operating on either wings.

Biko Adema starts at flyhalf and he is joined by Lyle Asiligwa who has received the nod to start at position 10 with Leo Owade and Peter Kilonzo partnering at centre.

Oscar Simiyu and Dennis Karani will be the matchday’s props as Peter Karia retains his role as hooker.

The clash pitting Kenya against Russia will kick off at 1200hrs before hosts Hong Kong tackle Chile two hours later.
