Menengai Oilers head coach Gibson Weru attributes their 29-3 win over TUK to their consistency in attack.
Oilers win over TUK meant that the side is well on course to defend the Impala Floodlit varsities title.
“We had consistency in attack and maintained fluidity in the movement of the ball. That gave us more opportunities to score,”said Weru.
“I made 7 changes to the side that played in the quarters against Machine II because I want to give all my players a chance. Some rose well to the occasion while some could not so I have a clear picture moving forward,”he noted.
The Nakuru based side will come up against Catholic Monks in the Impala Floodlit Varsities final slated for this weekend at the Impala Club.
