Fly Half Beauden Barrett has made a return to New Zealand’s starting line up and he will captain the side as they take on Barbarians on Saturday 4 November.
Barrett who missed All Blacks clash against Australia takes the captaincy role following the absence of Kieran Read and deputies Ben Smith and Sam Whitelock.

The Twickenham tie will see Kane Hames, Nathan Harris, Ofa Tu’ungafasi lead the front row. Luke Romano, Scott Barrett have been drafted in the starting squad as locks and Vaea Fifita and Ardie Savea will be flanking them. Jerome Kaino will be the 8th man.
TJ Peranara assumes the half back role alongside Barrett while Ngani Laumape and Anton Brown will partner at the centre. Waisake Naholo, Seta Tamanivalu and David Havili have started in the Fullback roles
