After his heroics at the RFUEA grounds enabled Kabras RFC defend the Christie 7s title, Uganda international Phillip Wokorach has been feted as the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. 

Wokorach was in superb form for the sugarmillers in the two-day tournament scoring decisive tries that went along way in securing his side the cup title at Christie 7s.

KCB youngster Mike Kimwele has been named the tournament’s most promising Player while Kenya 7s international Dennis Ombachi received the top try scorer accolade.

Meanwhile, the Kenya Rugby Union has disclosed the tournament’s best team which comprises of players who had an outstanding performance at the tournament.

Phillip Wokorach, Dan Sikuta, Mark Kwemoi and Dennis Ombachi are some of the players included in the team.
