Mean Machine coach Ramsfield Matekwa says that they will be out to work on their structure ahead of this weekend’s Christie 7s tournament.

The university of Nairobi side has managed to reach the cup quarters on only one occassion this year and coach Matekwa says that they will be keen on improving on their structure as well as player mindset.

“We want to work on the mindset and structure as we head to Christie 7s..one of our key players (Valentine) picked up an injury at Sepetuka 7s but its not very serious so we expect to have him back”Matekwa told¬†Scrummage.

Machine currently occupy 7th spot on the national 7s circuit,having collected 30 points and they will be out to post a better result at Christie and climb up the standings.

At Christie, Ramsfield Matekwa’s charges are in a tricky pool B which also has Nakuru RFC,Impala and Kisii.
