Homeboyz RFC’s Jeff Oluoch has been named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) after putting up a stellar display at the concluded Sepetuka 7s tournament.
Although the Deejays failed to claim the main cup which went to Kabras RFC,Oluoch guided them to a third place finish after seeing off Menengai Oilers in the 3rd place playoff.
Meanwhile,Oluoch’s teammate Leonard Mugaisi won the top try score accolade,an award which he had to share with Mean Machine youngster Muturi while Acadius Kwesa of Blak Blad claimed the most promising player accolade.
At the same time,the Sepetuka 7s team of the tournament was disclosed by the Kenya Rugby Union with Kabras duo of Brian Tanga and Dan Sikuta making the team.
Also included in the team is Menengai Oilers captain Harold Anduvate who achieved a similar fete at the Kabeberi 7s.
