Blak Blad’s Levy Amunga has been summoned by the Kenya Simbas technical team for training ahead of the Hong Kong cup of nations slated for 10-18 November in which the Simbas have landed an invitation.
The Simbas have so far posted mixed results in 2017 having lost to Germany in May before winning the Elgon Cup by beating Uganda in Kampala and drawing in Nairobi.
They then finished second in the Africa Gold Cup behind champions Namibia before playing two friendlies against Hong Kong in Nairobi,loosing one and drawing the other.
Among Other players called up to training is Elkeans Musonye of Strathmore Leos,Benjamin Marshall of Nondies and Kabras RFC lock George Nyambua.
The Simbas will go head to head against hosts Hong Kong,Chile and Russia in the one week tournament.
