Nakuru RFC will not be abandoning their team philosophy any time soon, according to head coach Mitch Ocholla.
Nakuru had a near perfect start to the national sevens circuit as they made it to the Driftwood 7s final in Mombasa before a lucklustre display at Kabeberi which saw them only manage the bowl title and Ocholla is calling for an improvement ahead of the Prinsloo 7s-Nakuru RFC’s home tournament.
“We have been working for 9 weeks together and managed to post mixed results, reaching the final at Driftwood and winning bowl at Kabeberi.”
“We are working towards improving on what we believe in..what we preach as a team will always remain our philosophy,”Ocholla told Scrummage.
The Prinsloo 7s hosts are in pool A together with Kabeberi 7s champions Impala Saracens,Nondies and Blak Blad.
