Ngovi discloses Simbas pre-season plans


Kenya Simbas assistant coach Charles Ngovi believes that team should work on their endurance as they head to the Hong Kong invitational tournament.
Speaking after Saturday’s loss to Hong Kong in Nairobi,the tactician further added that working on their endurance will enable them play at a higher level for a longer period of time.
“We shall take a two week break so that the players can rest then embark on our pre-season for two months,” said Ngovi.
-We want to work on the guys strength,size agility as well as endurance so that they can play at a higher level and at a high speed for a longer period of time,”he concluded.
The Kenya Simbas are set to honour the invitational four nations Hong Kong tournament slated for November.
They will face off against defending champions Russia,Chile and hosts Hong Kong.
