Kenya Simbas utility back Darwin Mukidza says that the Simbas are evenly matched with Hong Kong going into Saturday’s second test at the RFUEA grounds.
Speaking to Kenya Rugby after the squad naming, the KCB RFC fullback asserted that they will have to raise their intensity if they want to come out of the contest with a positive result.
Mukidza who has been handed a start in Saturday’s clash after sitting out the first test further added that the team that shows up on the day may as well win the match.
“We expect them to play as they did on Sunday but we are planning to raise our intensity and see how it goes from there as we are similarly matched.
The team that shows up on the day will take this encounter,” said the Simbas utility back Mukidza
The Kenya Simbas will come up against a much hungrier Hong Kong side who felt hard done by after conceding late to draw 19 all with the Simbas in the first test.
