Kenyan champions Kakamega High School started off their 2017 FEASSSA campaign on a good note winning their opening match.

Barbarians, thirsty to defend the title they won last year in Eldoret managed to comfortably demolish Uganda’s Mbarara High School 69-14 aided by Chrisant Ojwang’s 3 tries in a one sided affair staged in Gulu on Saturday August 19 2017.

In another match that was an all Kenyan affair,national runners up Laiser Hill coached by Kevin Wambua were 12-7 victors against compatriots Upper Hill.

The games being played in a round robin format will continue on Sunday 20th August 2017 with Kakamega facing Upper Hill.
